Chapter Thirty - Final Discussion Activity

The book concludes with Harry’s decision to face the challenges that await him alone. He tells Ron and Hermione that he will probably not return to Hogwarts next year. In small groups, discuss what you think this will mean for the future of J.K. Rowling’s books. Do you think there will be only one more book? Do you think Ron and Hermione will return to Hogwarts without Harry? Do you think the three young wizards will defeat the Dark Lord and THEN complete their schooling.
