TeachersFirst's
Weekly Brain Twisters
posted March 2, 2001

Welcome to TeachersFirst's Weekly Brain Twister. Each week's twister is a game based on a collection of ten questions. The questions are selected to challenge middle school or elementary students, depending on which quiz you select. To play, you'll need at least a 4.0 browser with Javascript enabled.

We invite students to play the Brain Twister game individually or in teams. The game presents questions one at a time. Students must select the correct answer from five possible choices. There is a 60-second time limit for each question.

  • The object of the game is to answer all ten questions correctly on the first try.
  • The game ends if you miss a question.
  • The game ends if you take more than 60 seconds to answer a question.
  • Students may re-start the game at their teacher's discretion by reloading this page.

Students or teams that answer all ten questions correctly are invited to submit the name of their school and teacher to TeachersFirst using the form at the end of the game.
