Scholastic Home Base includes books and games to keep students motivated to read over the summer. Select a book title to begin reading an excerpt from the sneak peek of the week or the Top Picks. Video trailers provide a short introduction to books found on the list. Next, choose the play portion of the site to enter Home Base, a virtual world for players to explore and interact with book characters. At this point you must sign in.

Engage and motivate students to read over the summer by sharing Scholastic with parents or your web page.
