Are you looking to have some fun with numbers or a quick class-starter? This site may be for you! Enter a number and find out all you wanted to know but were afraid to ask. For example, enter 9 and you will find out that 9 is the only number (except one) which is equal to the sum of the digits of its square and that 9 is the smallest odd composite number. Below the list of information are common properties of the number entered. Some numbers also include links to web pages about that number - for example, enter the number 6 and there is a link to Some Thoughts on Number 6 by John Baez.

Myriads of options are available to create worksheets in Math, English, Geography, Puzzles, and Miscellaneous. Just choose a subject, then a topic, and choose from options offered to create your own worksheet that can be printed in pdf form. This allows the worksheet to be shown clearly on interactive whiteboards eliminating the need to print each creation. Although it was created for teachers, a more useful purpose may be for students to create their own worksheets to share with other students or for self-practice.

This ativity provides positive reinforcement of correct math answers with a basketball player taking a shot at the basket. Click Start or any of the questions in the Table of Contents left of your window to see a mathematics question and animation. If you answer the question correctly, the result will be a basketball shot animation; incorrect responses yield the correct answer. Questions include various strands and levels of mathematics such as rounding numbers, perimeter, word problems, common factors, and much more. At the completion of each round, the score appears with the number of correct responses and percentage correct. You must either click the back button (if you want to remain within the same topic) or click on a new topic to move on to the next question. The game is available in Spanish.
