In addition to the training suggestions, this guide also includes valuable checklists and developmental milestone information broken down by age categories.

In the Classroom

Use information from this manual as a guide for developing physical fitness and skills with students. Share this information with your school's physical education teacher. Include a link to this site on your class website for parent viewing at home. Have students upload a photo they have taken when exercising and add an to explanation about how this improves physical fitness using a tool such as Add Text, reviewed here.
